Our Facility

Our 5000 sqft school consists of two training floors, named Dragon Hall and Tiger Hall in respect to our Shaolin roots.

Each Room, or 'Dojo', features top-of-the-line Martial Arts training equipment from Century, including Wave-Master Heavy Bags,Kick Shields, Speed bags, dbl ended headache bags, Resistance Bands and Forearm/Target Pads.

The floors in the Dragon Hall are wall-to-wall 2 inch thick custom high density Tatami Mats, imported from Japan. The Tiger Hall features wall-to-wall interlocking martial arts mats, and a state of the art professional sound system..

The school also has two viewing areas, a family change room, a fully equipped toddlers entertainment room, a kit-shop to take care of all our students individual training needs, and Villari's apparel / martial arts accessories, For all of our students martial arts needs!

All this topped off with friendly, professionally trained and certified Instructors!
